Frank was born in a small town in Sicily. At 7 months of age, Tony and Rosaria brought him to the United States for better opportunities and a future for their family. The young family first settled in Brooklyn, NY. However, they traveled back to Sicily as often as they could to see their family. When Frank reached school age, their travels slowed in order to focus on his education.
In 1983, when he was only 7, Frank started his adventure in the pizza shop. His chores included cleaning tables, folding pizza boxes, and filling the soda refrigerator. Little did he know, these chores would lead to a passion for the pizza business.
His teenage years were spent working and learning with his family at Mario’s after school and on weekends. In 1990 he began making pizzas, and that sealed his future. Frank graduated from Northampton High School with an emphasis in cooking at vocational-technical school. After graduating, he decided to dedicate his career to Mario’s Pizza. He and his wife, Angela, enjoy spending time with their 3 young children.
